Last week I went to Cumberland Island and camped a night with my dad. It was GORGEOUS!
For those of you that don’t know, Cumberland Island is one of the largest undeveloped barrier islands off the coast of Georgia. In 1972 it was sold to the National Park Foundation and is now a national seashore (“coastal area federally designated as being of natural and recreational significance as a preserved area”).
The island is famous for the wild horses, untouched beaches, and history (it was once a winter getaway for the Carnegie Family).

We really liked the beach 🙂 Go visit this island! You won’t regret it.
