Music Midtown 2014

Uncategorized

Last year I went to Music Midtown for the first time to see Imagine Dragons. They were absolutely amazing and when I saw the lineup for 2014 I decided to go again.

I got my camera in and managed to get a few good shots through the sea of heads and arms in the massive crowds. Next year I’m going to try to get a press pass so I can shoot from the photo pit.

Here’s Lorde. More artists to come later.

Yarri Family Minus One

People

My cousin Tara was willing to play dress up with me and put on her wedding dress again. While she was getting ready I was busy taking pictures of baby Austin and his older fur-sister Ally. Unfortunately Philip wasn’t there so we couldn’t get family shots but maybe another day.

Coworkers of mine got married on August 31 and invited me to tag along with their photographers so I could get more wedding practice. It was a beautiful wedding and I got some amazing shots.

Sarah and Doc

People

I’ve known Sarah a pretty long time. We have both worked and ridden at Lost Mountain Stables for years. She is off to University of Kentucky for school and she and her family wanted portraits of her and her favorite horse at the barn.  So here is Sarah and Doc.

Love them both and I’m definitely going to miss Sarah. Good luck in Kentucky!
